Redistribution in any form, either standard media or electronic, for a fee is expressly prohibited without prior written consent of CSU Productions. If we are notified of violations of these terms we will first investigate the matter and if it is found that a violation has occured we will attempt to contact the party that is violating these terms. Failure to reply or to comply to our contact attempt will result in legal action.

For software provided by Clan Short Universe Productions as part of The Felis Project (the "Project") please read and comply with the terms below. Failure to read these terms does not absolve you of any fault, for these terms are also part of the License Agreement that you agree to when installing the software.

Please read the terms and conditions of this license agreement (the "License") before installing the computer software (the "Software") found on this website. By installing and using the Software you accept and agree to the terms of this License. This License constitutes the entire agreement concerning the Software between you and Clan Short Universe Productions and it supersedes any prior proposal or representation. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, promptly uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.

The term "Software" includes, and these terms and conditions also apply to, any updates, modifications and upgrades to the Software that you may receive from time to time.

1. License Grant

This License permits you, as downloader of the Software, to use the Software solely for your use on one computer per copy of the software solely for use by users covered under the WTS License. The enclosed documentation ("Documentation") may not be copied. You agree that you will not sublicense, assign, transfer, distribute, pledge, lease, rent or share your rights under this License except with prior written permission from Clan Short Universe Productions. You agree that you will not modify, adapt or translate, or disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

2. Standard Maintenance and Support

All updates/upgrades for your edition (regardless of build or version) are free of charge for the life of the Software. Software support questions, if you have any, can be sent to jguy@csuproductions.com.

3. Clan Short Universe Productions Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the Software and Documentation (the "Licensed Products") are proprietary products of Clan Short Universe Productions under international copyright law and disclosed to you by Clan Short Universe Productions in confidence. You shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the Licensed Products. Clan Short Universe Productions owns and retains all copyright, trademark, trade secret and other proprietary rights in and to the Licensed Products. This License conveys to you only a non-exclusive and limited right of use, revocable in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License.

4. Service Level Agreements

Support services are not offered at this time although you may contact the head of the Application software department at jguy@csuproductions.com if you have any questions. If Support services are ever offered later then they will be provided under a separate agreement with Clan Short Universe Productions.

5. Warranty

Clan Short Universe Productions is providing this software "as-is," without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall the authors of this software be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

6. Refund Policy

Clan Short Universe Productions does not charge anything for its software so there is no refund policy. If you have been charged for this program then please contact us at jguy@csuproductions.com and let us know who sold you the software. We can not get your money back for you but we can at least try and stop them from making a profit off of a free program.

7. Exclusive Remedies

You agree that if, during the Warranty Period, a defect in the Software media appears, your exclusive remedy will be, in Clan Short Universe Productions sole option, to replace the media and terminate this License. The later remedy is subject to the return of all copies of the Licensed Products.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Clan Short Universe Productions be liable for any damages to you or any other party whether arising out of contract or from tort including loss of data, profits or business or other special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, even if Clan Short Universe Productions has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages. Clan Short Universe Productions cumulative liability shall not exceed the license fee paid, if any, for use of this Software and Documentation. This section shall survive termination of this License.

9. Termination

This agreement is in effect until terminated. You may terminate the agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software and Documentation and erasing any copies on storage media. The agreement also terminates if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you agree to destroy and erase all copies of the Software and Documentation, and Clan Short Universe Productions will be entitled to all remedies in accordance with applicable law.
